About

About Me:

Elizabeth Boyarsky is an executive function coach and educational therapist based in San Francisco. With over 15 years of experience as a classroom teacher, learning specialist, and coach/mentor working one-on-one with students, as well as leading professional development for educators, she brings a sensitive, creative, and open-minded approach to education.  Diagnosed with ADHD at age 18, Elizabeth can deeply connect with her students and delivers a unique, “outside of the box” set of resources and tools that have successfully supported students, parents, and teachers.  She intimately understands the thinking patterns and behaviors that accompany her students’ dynamic ADHD brains.  Elizabeth loves to support students in developing executive function skills through hands-on, experiential learning activities that can be easily applied to everyday life.

Most mornings, she jumps into the Pacific Ocean for a cold plunge before starting her teaching day.  Born and raised in the Bay Area, Elizabeth treasures quality time spent outdoors hiking, backpacking, and picnicking at the beach.  She is an avid traveler and loves spending time with her family, making homemade foraged wreaths, and listening to podcasts. She treasures quality time spent with her two adorable nieces.
